Ongoing Coaching

Ongoing Coaching

You Choose the Timeframe. Then We’re In It Together.

Weekly or as-needed sessions — 2, 3, 6, or 12 months.

Not every marriage needs three intensive days to start healing. Some need steady, weekly work — someone walking alongside you, session after session, until the change actually holds.

Here’s What I Promise You

You and your spouse choose the timeframe together — two months, three, six, or a full year. Once you do, it’s not just an appointment on a calendar. It becomes a commitment between the three of us: you, your spouse, and me. I show up for that timeframe exactly as fully as I’d want someone to show up for my own marriage.

“I’m not selling you an hour. I’m committing to the timeframe we choose together — and I mean that.”

That’s the real difference between coaching and simply attending sessions. Insight fades. A single good conversation feels like relief in the moment, but relief isn’t the same as change that holds. What actually holds is practice, accountability, and someone checking in on whether what we worked on together is showing up in your living room, not just in my office.

Choose Your Timeframe

8 Sessions

Foundations

Roughly 2 months of weekly work — for couples ready to interrupt a pattern before it hardens.

12 Sessions

Rebuilding

Roughly 3 months — enough time to move past insight and into real, practiced change.

6 Months

Renewal

For deeper repair — affair recovery, chronic disconnection, or years of accumulated hurt.

12 Months

The Full Journey

Sustained partnership through a complete season of change, with me alongside you the whole way.

Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, weekly or as-needed — we decide together what your marriage actually needs, not a rigid script.

Working Individually

If your spouse isn’t ready to join you yet, you don’t have to wait. Many people start this work alone — building clarity, a plan, and the tools to show up differently, whether or not your spouse ever sits in the room. Change in one partner often becomes the very thing that opens the door for the other.

“I don’t just want to help you understand your marriage. I want to help you live it differently — and I’ll be right here, for as long as we agreed, to make sure it actually happens.”

— Debbie Rivera
