I Love Him. So Why Does It Keep Coming Out Wrong?
You give and give until there’s nothing left — and then you ask him to fill you back up. But by then it doesn’t come out as love. It comes out as criticism, complaint, managing him like one more thing on your list. And he doesn’t hear “his wife.” He hears his mother. So he pulls away — and you still don’t get what you needed. This isn’t a flaw in you. It’s what happens when you keep pouring from empty. This is the room where that finally changes — together, and for good.
You Might Belong Here If…
This Isn’t About Trying Harder
It’s not a communication problem. It’s an energy problem wearing a communication costume. You can’t fix “coming out wrong” by explaining yourself better, because the well was already empty before the conversation started. This Circle isn’t about becoming stronger at holding everything — it’s about learning to fill yourself up somewhere else first, so what’s left for your marriage is your love, not your leftover exhaustion.
What Changes When You Stay
You Name the Pattern
Over-functioning starts to feel less like “who you are” and more like something you learned — and can unlearn, together.
You Practice Stopping
Rest and boundaries stop being ideas and start being things you’ve actually done, in real time, with witnesses.
You’re Known
A small, closed group means the women in your circle actually know your story — and you know theirs.
How the Circle Works
- Format
- Biweekly, 90-minute sessions — part guided teaching & somatic practice, part real circle sharing.
- Group Size
- A closed cohort of 6–10 women. Small on purpose, so it stays a circle and never becomes a crowd.
- Structure
- Closed cohorts run together for a full season, so trust has room to build — new cohorts open periodically.
- Where
- Virtual, from wherever you are. No travel, no childcare scramble — just show up as you are.
“You don’t have to earn your rest. You don’t have to prove your worth by how much you carry. There is still more of you than the roles you’ve been holding.”
