Reclaim You One Day Reset

Reclaim You · One-Day Intensive

You’re Doing Everything You Can. So Why Does It Keep Landing Wrong?

A one-day reset for the woman who is always the strong one.

You show up, you give, you try — and somehow it still comes out sideways. He pulls away. He shuts down. And you’re left wondering: I love him, so why does it keep landing wrong? This is one day to find out why — and start filling yourself up somewhere else first.

Here’s What’s Actually Happening

When you’re running on empty, even love comes out as management. Not because you meant it that way — but because there’s nothing left underneath it but exhaustion. He doesn’t feel criticized on purpose. He feels an empty tank reaching for him instead of a full heart choosing him, and something in him reads that as pressure, not love. So he pulls away. And you still don’t get what you needed.

This isn’t a flaw in you. It’s what happens to every woman who’s been pouring out without anywhere to fill back up.

This Day Is For You If…

You’re the one everyone calls when something falls apart — and no one asks how you’re doing while it’s falling apart around you.
You can’t remember the last time you rested without guilt, or said no without over-explaining why.
You’ve noticed yourself sounding more like his mother than his wife — and you don’t know how to stop, no matter how hard you try.
You know something has to give, but you don’t know how to give yourself permission to stop.

If any of that landed, this day was built for exactly you.

What This Day Actually Gives You

This isn’t a spa day, and it isn’t another to-do list dressed up as self-care. It’s a guided, in-the-body reset — combining somatic practice (drawn from my Grief Yoga® training, because the nervous system doesn’t know the difference between grief and chronic overwhelm) with honest, witnessed conversation among a small circle of women carrying the same invisible weight.

You’ll leave not with more advice, but with your own nervous system a little quieter, a boundary you actually know how to hold, and proof that you’re not the only woman quietly drowning in “fine.” And you’ll understand, finally, why filling yourself up first isn’t selfish — it’s the only thing that actually reaches him as love instead of exhaustion.

How the Day Unfolds

Morning

Naming the Pattern

What over-functioning actually is, where it lives in your body, and why “just relax” was never going to work.

Midday

Guided Practice

Somatic and breath-based work to help your body learn what “safe to stop” actually feels like — not just your mind understanding it.

Afternoon

Circle

Real sharing, deeply witnessed, with no fixing and no performing — held in a small group of 6–10 women.

Close

Carrying It Forward

One boundary, one practice, one truth to take home — plus an invitation to continue in the ongoing Reclaim You Circle, if you want to keep going.

“The light was never extinguished in you. It’s just been buried under everything you carry for everyone else.”

— Debbie Rivera

Space is intentionally small — 6 to 10 women — so this stays a circle, not a crowd.

You Don’t Have to Wait Until You Collapse to Ask for Help.
