Debbie Rivera, known as “The Relationship Healer,” helps couples move from barely surviving to thriving — specializing in affair recovery and marriages in crisis. A Certified Couples Relationship Coach trained in the Gottman Method, EFT, and Imago Relationships, she’s also one of the few marriage coaches who is also a Certified Grief Coach, bringing a rare understanding that a marriage in crisis is grieving, and that grief must be honored before trust can be rebuilt.

Debbie is a sought-after speaker at events around the world — keynoting, moderating, and speaking at conferences, summits, relationship workshops, marriage events, and virtual relationship events. Her message resonates because she delivers a real, in-depth understanding of how to turn a relationship around, connects genuinely with the audience, and leaves people with practical marriage advice and relationship tools they can use right away.

She’s devoted decades — and more than two dozen certifications — to one question: how does love survive its hardest moments? Beyond her core Gottman, EFT, and Imago training, she’s studied with Esther Perel and Terry Real, trained in parts work through her Inner Harmony Practitioner License, and completed a year-long Feminine Power immersion with Dr. Claire Zammit. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and spent years in a life of service, including formal pastoral ministry training and over a decade leading a bereavement community.
